Buying Good Quality

I am never sure about buying things really. I tend to look at all the brands and then wonder whether what I have got is the best after all. Of course, we cannot normally afford to buy every brand in order to test them and find out which is best for us and so we have to rely on reading reviews and descriptions and hope that we can make the best decision. I tend to get nervous, especially when spending a lot of money. I am never sure whether I am getting good value for money, whether paying less is good because I am making a saving or whether I should pay more and hope that means that I get better quality. Recently I was trying to choose between Gerber knives, Edge Pro Apex and Kershaw knives and decided that the middle of the range price was likely to offer the best quality. I have no idea whether it was the right decision but I just hope that it lasts a long time and does everything, that I want it to. I guess the only way to find out is to use it and see.
