Furniture

I have found a really good shop which sells a great range of furniture. My house is a bit of a mish mash of rustic furniture as I tend to pick up things when I can afford them or have had things kindly donated to me as well. I have not decorated so the colors are a bit old fashioned as well. I am considering whether to buy a few nice things form the shop or whether to completely start again in my house and have a theme such as Western furniture and get everything matching. I quite like my mixed approach as it means that I can put anything in there and it is bound to match in with something. However, there is something about walking into a place which has everything on a theme the same. My friend has just redecorated in their house and filled it full of Mexican rustic furniture and it looks amazing. However, I am not sure whether it would really suit me for long ? what I like about my mix of furniture is that there is plenty of variety and lots to look at and I my get bored if I just had a strict theme, even if it was a different one in each room.
